Personality: Seija is a weird creature. Because of her species, her mindset is inverted completely – she adores being hated and scorned and will relentlessly bother people who despise her, but people who enjoy her company completely put her off and to have people like her or her actions leads to shock, then self-loathing. She's enjoys what people commonly hate and despises things people tend to enjoy. She actively goes out of her way to being hated, up to and including relentless bullying and acts of minor cruelty. She never seems to want to actually hurt anyone- she just wants to stir them up and make them mad. Compliments offend, shock and even hurt her to a minor degree, but insults, screams of frustration and complete misery are like candy to her. She has a bad habit of going against what other people want, even if it hurts her plans. Despite all of this, she's not strictly bound to her likes and dislikes- she will go and work with someone, even manipulating them and agreeing with them to get her way, though she does it with great reluctance.
Despite her inverted personality, there are things that remain consistent. When there are snares in her plans to completely reverse social order, she grows worried, so it isn't as though her own failure makes her happy. When she is beaten, she seems dismayed. She also seems fairly self-aware. She knows that she's weak and though she doesn't seem to care much for gaining power on her own, she know it doesn't hurt that reversing social order will put her on top.
Her main motivation is simply to reverse things, because she wants them differently. It's literally her nature. In general, she is most likely driven by whims like these, but is capable of longer term planning to carry them out, such as how she manipulated Shinmyoumaru prior to Double Dealing Character. She has the drive to see things through, but calling her actively determined would be a stretch. She seems fairly practically minded- when told that she is unintentionally bringing objects to life, she merely muses that they will make good recruits. She is capable of maintaining a facade, though she seems to revel in the pure pleasure of chaos behind closed curtains when that happens and once discovered doesn't try to hide her motives at all.
She's quite playful and is often seen with a smile and sometimes a twirl. It seems like she does many things just to "mess with people", such as intentionally putting her ribbons on upside down. She seems, by human standards, malicious in her “games,” and she often does have bad intent, but she genuinely enjoys bugging people in subtle and not-at-all-subtle ways. The difference between Seija and an average "troll" are that most trolls often do it for attention. What they enjoy is getting people riled up, and they'll get bored if they don't. Seija is actively trying to get people to dislike her, and she'll never tire of it.

The ability to flip anything- including things like gravity and perception and color. Please note that "flipping" can mean anything from changing something's core value "black -> white", rotation "up -> down", or even can turn things sideways. If she gets these powers back, it should be noted that flipping will not be permanent and will wear off on it's own after a day. She can only do it in a certain range. In canon has only been seen to do it physically to one person at a time, so this will apply.
As stated above, she can also flip people's attitudes. If possible, I'd like her to be able to manipulate a few (no more than three) people's attitudes at a time. I could limit it to one if needed!
As a resident of Gensokyo, she is capable of flight.
Other: Though Seija is really a youkai, she seems to specifically be a type of demon, an amanojaku. Her mindset and ability relate to this, albeit loosely. I wouldn't include this, but the three terms are interchangeable in her case (she can be called youkai, demon as a rough translation, or amanojaku for her technical species).

An annoying persistent sound, accompanied by a room that's upside down with no one in it. There's a loud rustle, as if the mic has been violently dropped and then a face comes into view.
Seija is grinning widely, the camera coming closer to her overly wide mouth. She whispers into the mic, so close that the buzz of static almost drowns her voice.]
I know a secret. I know a good secret. Do you want to escape? I know a secret way out.
[There's a soft giggle and the camera clicks off, but for a few seconds the deafening sound of someone deliberately running their fingers over the mic remains.]

With a smile, Seija repeated the sequence once again, her fingers twisting and knotting so that she can keep a straight face. It's an obvious tell, but not when the girl in front of you is near to tears with frustration. It was perfection. It was so hard to hold back, but the reward would be so much better if she did...
"So how it goes is that I take the meat stick and make you eat it, then you give me money?"
"NO NO NO!" The little sparrow wings on the girl's back flapped furiously as she once again pointed to the meat arranged so carefully in front of her. "How it goes is that you give me money, then I give you the meat stick! That's what it means to trade!"
Seija feigned a look of comprehension, leaning forward onto the cart that the little youkai ran. No, no. She couldn't take it anymore. She was having to bite her lip to keep back laughter at the stupid look on her face, the perfect gullibility...
"Trade? Is that like dual flipping? I know how to do that!"
Seija took her hands away from the cart, flicking them upwards slightly at the end of the movement. For a moment, there was a sense of twisting, of confusion and disorientation...
"W-what...Why did you- How did you-?"
Seija couldn't keep herself from a fanged smile, her heart aflutter with pure sadistic bliss as the sparrow watched her meat cart hang perfectly suspended, inverted perfectly. She felt her eyes widen with the bird's own as the meat slowly detached from the grill with a soft "plop."
It was the way she ran forward, arms outstretched as if she could do anything that finally broke Seija's control completely. As the sparrow girl hit the dust, a hunk of meat falling into her hair where it would surely be nightmarish to remove she doubled over in ear-splitting laughter.
"Bwahahahahaaa! I can't believe you! I-I freakin can't believe you! You're so stupid, you walked right into it!" Seija jammed an excited finger in the direction of the overturned cart, only to see a tankard of sake dump on the girl's head and was once again dragged into gleeful hysterics.
"H-huh? What are you talking about?"
"You're the stupidest little bird-brain I've ever met! Ahahahahaahahahaa! Who the hell doesn't know about how trading works? Only the kind of idiot that would trust an amanoujaku!"
"Augh! Get out, get out!" The little sparrow-girl started to cry, furiously throwing discarded bits of meat and skewers. Still laughing and positively high on adrenaline, Seija dodged the meat with a careless twirl, dashing into the deep bamboo thickets where wings would only hinder pursuit.
Snickering to herself, Seija enjoyed the warm, fuzzy feeling of being utterly despised, even after the sparrow's ringing cries of despair faded from hearing.
One person enraged, a million more to go. At this rate, she'd be live in perfect infamy forever.

While I'm of the impression that most of the Touhou characters in this position are suited to spouse slots, being that they're extremely old since they're youkai, I need a confirmation as to some age so she may be put in a slot.

Hope it's okay to just slip it in like this! This is, of course, an estimate, but it seems likely... She's probably not ancient, as many ancient youkai are stronger, but definitely way older than the average human.
