Personality: From what we know of Junko Enoshima at first she seems like a very upbeat, optimistic, polite and mature to the goings-on inside the school and Monobear's actions for the most part. She seems to manage and get along with the other students that is until the first murder happens and she panicked, trying to stop Monobear making light of the situation and thus her life ended.
Truthfully as that Junko isn't the real Junko, her real personality is in fact very blood-thirsty, manipulative, cold, and she likes to makes jokes of the situations that she put the other students in to simply see their despair first hand. She only wants to bring true despair to the world, almost succeeding in SDR2. Junko enjoys seeing the despair in others, taunting them into murder while using Monobear as a leverage back at Hope's Peak to do exactly that. She is also stated on having a good sense of humour and charm which is how she also got a whole organisation to follow after her and her sister help bring despair to the world.
She doesn't seem care whom she brings despair too either seeing as she has many "followers" over and across Japan for her school life of mutual killings. In SDR2 Junko is known as the ancestor of despair and one student in particular seems to become very annoyed that one single student that of a high school girl can create such an organisation by herself but Monobear mentions that people with twisted ideals can tend to be charismatic and that Junko was in fact all of these things and she also attracted many people with power to listen to her cause even causing to pull in others who tried to stop her. Junko's true definition is despair, she IS despair and she used everyone among her talents to bring them into SHSL despair, controlling them all only for her own amusement.

This personality is just about as normal as Junko gets and is in fact her true ( if she had one ) personality! She is your average teenager in this persona with all her quirks placed into one! She is quite flirtatious in her normal personality, talks a lot and is as peppy as she possibly could be!
THE CUTE TYPE:
Basically in this face Junko puts on yet another act the cute type as she explains what she did a cutesy manner of speech her voice becomes a few octaves higher. In a sort of "I didn't do it!", "Why are you blaming me?" type manner.
THE BESPECTACLED TYPE:
In this persona Junko happens to wear glasses, clipboard in hand and talks very fast about her ideals and passion for whichever it is that she happens to talk about. This is the persona that showcases her very wide range of speech and mannerisms that quite possibly was the persona that made everyone follow her into despair.
THE COOL, CALM TYPE:
Junko's persona in her cool, calm and collected type is just as it says. She explains things calm and collectively unchanging her tone of the matter also with a very wide range of speech.
THE QUEEN TYPE:
In this persona Junko refers to people as her disciples and talks in a very Queen-like manner with very polite speech. She then asks others if they will follow her, claiming she'll give them this and that to make them agree into following her to the end.
THE RUDE TYPE:
This is quite possibly the meanest ( again if that's possible ) of all of Junko's personalities. She states everything in this persona openly and rudely with a different dialect in her normal speech. This is the only personality that she swears in and her voice becomes awfully loud, stating that she hates repeating things, even if it happens to be someone's first time asking.
THE DESPAIR TYPE:
This is the true face of despair and she speaks in a very depressed tone, stating how jealous she is not being able to feel true despair.
THE MONOBEAR TYPE:
This is the most well-known of Junko’s personalities as it is in fact the one that controls and speaks for Monobear himself! She can mimic him perfectly, and while she speaks in this voice Junko places a Monobear over her face.
Abilities: At first we come to know that Junko is known as a Super High-School Level Fashion Girl but truthfully that is not her true title. While she was in fact a Fashion Girl, her sister posed as her in the School which was why when Naegi first met “Junko” he noticed how different she looked to her picture in the magazines. Junko's true title is Super High-School Level Despair and basically she brings or tries to bring despair through to the world by her manipulative and blood-thirsty personality, praying on all the students that she comes across to make them murder one another.
And within her title she manages to do just that: bring despair to the world just by her words and manipulative ways because the students were foolish enough to listen to her and plan the cause for the greater good. Seeing as Junko is the true mastermind behind Monobear/kuma she is also very intelligent, being able to manage traps, guns, set up electrical equipment and so on.
Junko's body seems to be above the normal strength of others as seeing when she was found out, that she killed her own sister and forced herself to participate in the past executions she had provided for the dead students that it took until the last execution for her to actually die; which was the 6th and named Detention where she's sitting on a chair, blackboard in front of her eyes and manoeuvring backwards where she is met with her death as a metal trap door falls down and lands right on her head.

Junko became so bored with life that she would change her personality and demeanour for no reason, only showcasing her true talents and personality when necessary.

A small smirk was fixated on her face as her bottom lip moved slightly, pearly white teeth showed as she stared back at her own reflection, tracing a red nail down the flesh of her cheek as she simply stared, wondering what the outcome of her life could be. Despair was enough, it was all she needed in life and whoever got in her way, whoever bored her and whoever she became bored with would end up ten feet underground, much like her beloved twin sister.
It was Junko's time to shine, her time to take the stage and great these bastards and make sure that they woke up on time. A clear of her throat, reaching down to press the on button and wait for the students to hear the morning announcement and her best impression of everyone's most favourite bear in the whole entire world!
"Good morning, you bastards!" She paused just for a single moment, waiting and watching the monitors in view to see them all suddenly wake up. "It's 7AM, time to wake up!" Again another pause. "Let's strive to do our best today!"
