Alright, I'm going to start with two links since Homestuck is pretty complicated on its own to explain, especially with my characters little relevance to almost everything that's happened before her. So, here's a link to the Sgrub session which is the parallel to the kids' session of Sburb, except with the trolls. All that's really needed to know about Meenah's version of Sgrub is that it sucked. Hard. They lost horribly. This is elaborated on in Meenah's history. However, I'm going to talk past where the history ends since it hasn't been updated to the recent flash.
Anyways, Meenah was currently hunting down people to join her ghost army to fight against Lord English, which meant asking her former teammates. And to no one's surprised, no one took her up on her offer because they're all lazy losers who make excuses. This included talking to Cronus for all of five seconds before she walked away, get verbally harassed by Mituna, deal with an onslaught of Cronus and Kankri, talked with Meulin and Kurloz, and basically wasted her time trying to get people to join her. Eventually, she found keys that unlocked one of Karkat's memories of which he was hiding in so that she could talk to him. There, they had a feelings jam where she admitted that she was frustrated with the role of leader with a team that couldn't do anything, and ended up sharing a lot of feelings with Karkat and vice versa. He eventually offered to join her team if she could find no one else and if she appointed him Grand Threshecutioner when she became empress.
Meenah agreed.
And from there, she came across Terezi who Meenah admitted that she might be going on a date with Karkat (it's pretty clear that she's redromming for him hard). The conversation was very brief and even rather awkward, and the rest of the flash ended up with Meenah coming across Aranea's "psychiatry booth" where they gossip about their fellow alpha trolls and it's very cute.
And Meenah is pulled right before she possibly speaks to this mysterious Nitram figure.
Appearance:
Meenah is a tall troll on the thin side with long limbs and a sharp face. As a sea troll, she has grey skin, candy-corn coloured horns, fins on the sides of her face, yellow nails, and sharp, shark-like teeth. Her eyes are pure white as she is dead with literally no pupils, irises, nothing, and her features are very dynamic. Her hair is black, wild, and spiky, cut in a punk-like style, and there are two long braids that travel past her feet. She wears tyrian pink, cat-eye glasses, and lipstick of matching colour, along with a black shirt with the Pisces symbol in that same pink, and black pants, with pink shoes. Her shirts and pants are usually ripped to hell and too large for her. Notably, as she's God Tier, she has a pair of tyrian pink, jagged fairy wings that she keeps hidden under her clothes.
Personality:
Meenah is frequently defined as a huge "beach". Or in non-fish pun's terms -- a huge bitch. And that's not far from the truth. When Meenah was first introduced, she was some mysterious troll hunting down poor, sleeping Roxy Lalonde. She was abrasive and rude and that's pretty much how every meeting will go, regardless of her pulling a Captain Ahab or not. Meenah is very forward, first and foremost. She's straight to the point and will always say what's on her mind, regardless of whether it's rude or obnoxious. If she doesn't care, she will let whomever know that she doesn't care. If she think someone's acting a douche, she'll call them out on that. Because of this, it's rather hard to get along with her and it's frequently stated in canon that she doesn't have many friends, if any at all, and most of hers don't seem to like her (though that could be an exaggeration.) She's exceptionally mean at times, and incredibly sarcastic, with sharp deadpan wit, perhaps "making her the meanest out of all the adolescent trolls". But basically, she'll let one know what she thinks as she has no brain to mouth filter whatsoever.
And that's part of her charm.
Another part being that she's rather aggressive. It's rather unique to her world, as Beforus was the version of Alternia that was passive and lacked violence, and Meenah is someone who seems to constantly be looking for a fight, or a reason to threaten someone. She's quick to jump to insults or to brandish her trident menacingly and she can even be a bit quick-tempered because of this, snapping easily over simple things, such as people using fish puns (though this is only reserved for one person who deserves this). She finds Beforus boring, and Alternia much cooler simply because it was a kill-or-be-killed world and this is something that fascinates her. She tends to choose the more violent of options or the ones that require less thinking, such as gathering a ghost army to fight Lord English instead of taking Aranea's more reasonable route. However, this makes her unique among her friends, in that she's the only one willing to do anything because she grew up so different from the rest of them -- because she's so aggressive instead of passive. While the rest of the trolls gave excuses of why they couldn't help, and because of attitudes like this, led to a failed session, Meenah is determinable and refuses to be undermined or give up. She's rather stubborn and will find any way to a solution, even if it's something completely stupid or doesn't make sense at the time. And it's usually violent. She won't sit back and let things happen, and she isn't afraid of fighting someone who she frequently describes as invincible.
But remember the whole "quick-tempered" thing? One can't blame her for getting so frequently frustrated simply with the people she has to deal with. She has almost literal tolerance for them at times, and has even stated that she "fucking hates her friends" though that was probably out of sheer aggravation than anything else. But her annoyance with them doesn't mean that she isn't someone one can get along with. She's pretty gossipy and doesn't hesitate to talk bad about people when she wants to, if only just to point out their flaws because someone needs to say them, we're all thinking it.
Though Meenah can come off as uncaring (and she usually is), she is (or was) an heiress and that means she isn't completely socially incompetent. She knows when to joke and have fun, being that she's almost as rad as Latula and can rock the skateboard just as well as her. Meenah loves fish puns and can be considerably silly, seeing how she fawned over Kanaya and Rose maybe-dating and jokes around with Aranea in private (of whom she considers her closest friend). Meenah's not unlikeable, really, as much as she perhaps tries to come off that way. She can be amiable and even friendly when she tries, being the one who constantly helps people who have been exceptionally rude to her in the past (Mituna), complimenting people she's never met before, and so on. She's dorky and has a tendency to fangirl, particularly over herself... well, that is, her alternate self. She aspires to be the same as Her Imperious Condescension -- sexy, badass, tyrannical, and killing people because that's awesome. And she may have a bit of a bloated ego because of this.
Okay, not may have. She definitely does.
Meenah's particularly cocky and has a lot of self-confidence. She's very self-assured in herself and her skills and knows that she's probably the greatest troll people could meet. And the assurance of how cool her alternate self is pretty much sealed her feelings in herself, that the only person she has to live up to is herself and she did that pretty awesomely. However, despite how cool and rad she may act, she does doubt herself just a little bit, particularly in her leadership skills. She confided in Karkat that she thinks having to be a leader sucks, because so much is depended on you and there's so much responsibility. Especially when being a leader is really just like trying to herd cats -- nothing comes from it. That doesn't stop her from constantly claiming to be leader though, even if it simply may be an act she feels she needs to put up, or because she really just likes bossing people around. (It's probably the latter).
Meenah can also be rather greedy, and even a materialistic, considering how much she loves treasure -- particularly gold and despite having left the throne, doesn't hesitate to point out the whole "empress" thing and is constantly pawning off objects and hoarding treasure simply for the sake of selling them later. She really likes money and gold. Severely.
But so-on-and-so-forth, Meenah Peixes is full of arrogance and rudeness, and many will tell you she's horrible and even a little spiteful. But keep in mind that she's still an heiress and can do right when she wants to. When someone breaks a friend of her's skateboard? Well, that's probably the reason why she brings that mean person's treasured weapon over her knee. So she's not that bad.
Meenah is listed as the Thief of Life and is currently god tier. Her Thief of Life powers have not been completely elaborated on in canon, but to break it down, her being a thief implies that she steals things for her own benefit, where as life is presumed that she has some sort of literal control over it -- such as Feferi's being the Witch of Life meaning that she can bring people back to life. The only demonstration Meenah has made of her powers could possibly be when she took the lives of her teammates in order to keep them from being wiped out during the scratch. Other than that, her powers are up in the air, and will not be used in game until shown canonly.
However, as a God Tier, she does have immortality, meaning that she cannot die unless it is a heroic death, otherwise, she will be revived every time. The one exception being in canon, she killed herself and then killed herself again before she could be revived. It also means she has total control over her powers, not that that matters much. (Oh, and fairy wings, but she hates them, so you'll never see them.) As a seatroll, she also has considerable strength and can live underwater and swim at great speeds. She is also a ghost, which really means nothing except that she has white-out eyes. She is still killable, apparently.
Other: Meenah is dead and "lives" as a ghost, signified by her strange, completely white eyes.
SAMPLES First Person:
[ the video clicks on for a moment to show baring, shark-like teeth and then pink-rimmed glasses that reveal strange, white eyes. before the video suddenly turns off. there's a muttering of some teenage girl's voice like, "glub glub!" before finally, a stream of tyrian pink text appears. ]

Third Person:
Had Cronus been talking to her?
She already couldn't remember, considering how quickly she walked away from him when he started blathering on around stuff she didn't care about. Something about being a human and being stupid and glub glub glub I'm Cronus Ampora I have a stupid accent and I'm gross. Meenah could already feel her eyes rolling into her head, despite her being across the grounds from him. That was what her teammates did to her. They made her roll her eyes so far she could swear she could see the inside of her head. She liked them (sometimes) sure, but boy, were they annoying!
Well, Cronus was particularly. The rest were tolerable.
In a, "this is going to be completely glubbin' awkward" sort of way.
But maybe tolerable wasn't enough, considering how even with her tolerating them, they still wouldn't help her. First their Sgrub session, now this. There was a giant, murderous, invincible cherub coming to kill them who could destroy dream bubbles, and not a single one of them gave a damn. It baffled her. How could they give her so many excuses about doing this or doing that and not wanting to help? Sure, maybe her plan wasn't the best of plans, but at least she had one. At least she was trying.
Meenah scoffed, kicking her sneaker into the ground and tugging on one of her braids. It made her doubt her leadership skills at time and that was not okay. She should never have to doubt herself because she was fucking awesome, but her friends.
Cod, her friends.
She sure did hate them sometimes.
At least Aranea was trying. Even though Aranea's plan was boring and stupid and there was no way it would work. (Well, it couldn't work any better than her own, right? Whatebber.) But she had to wonder how things would be like if they weren't from Befoorus. If they were from that universe those wiggler trolls were from. Alternia. Everyone there killed and beat stuff up and it was so many levels of awesome, yet, hers was... boring. She knew it was the Empress' fault. Of course it was. Who abdicated murder and made everyone boring and lame. If things had been different, they would have won the session. She wouldn't have had to kill them all. And they wouldn't be in this situation right now. At least there was one person who understood. That nubby horns guy. Karkat. He seemed to get her, even though he ran off into one of his memories, locking everyone out of it. But he really seemed to get her -- more than these people here who only seemed to care about themselves unless it was relevant to care about someone else in order to care about themselves. It was a little embarrassing, especially around those aliens. They were seriously making themselves look bad.
Not that Meenah cared or anything.
She could see someone skating around in the distance as she crossed the grounds, braids dragging behind her. Someone dressed in mustard yellow. Meenah stepped down the stairs, and stood there, waiting with her arms crossed for the inevitable -- yep.
Sure enough, said skateboarding figure crashed into the ground, spinning out of control before crumbling into a pile of limbs. Meenah couldn't stifle the giggle, clasping her hand over her mouth before bursting out right into a laugh and proceeding to applaude, if a little mockingly.
"Nice landin', dude. I give it a ten out of ten."
She didn't need to be psychic -- or a seer, to know exactly how this conversation was going to go, because it went the same everytime, since Mituna's accident. He acted rude and abrasive and generally went out of his way to make her mad, and she would threaten to fork him, before he would apologize, and around the circle it would go. She had to wonder if it was worth the effort of asking him to join her army (though this could apply to any of her teammates) because she had a feeling she'd know exactly what her answer would be.
Some ghost army -- one girl revolution and so on.
He was already babbling angrily at her and Meenah sashayed over, that shark-like grin still on her face, painted pink lips wide. Well, she'd have to see just how far into this conversation she could get before she would need to abscond horribly, right? At least it'd be a little entertainment for the time being. Until that dawning realization of just how screwed they probably are would smack her in the head again, as it frequently did.
Great.

Meenah is a troll and therefore, their ways of romance aren't defined by things such as gender or sexuality. Because of this, she has no preference over whether her matesprit, moirail, or kismesis are male or female or do not identify with either, and instead, attaches herself to who she meshes with best, personality-wise, depending on the quadrant. In this way, she is best defined as pansexual.
