Many aspects of Stocking are obvious and a constant through out the series. Stocking is a self-proclaimed loli-goth. Her style, be it fashion or decorations, can be closely related to morbid and cutesy combination. She revels in this, obsessing with dark purples and blacks. As dreary and depressing as placing her bedroom color palette in this style, this is more proof that she has a more... off-kilter impression of what is cute. Yet, she isn't completely 'goth' in this sense, as she still loves cute stuffed animals and sweet foods.
Besides her unique style, she is known for being... well, the non-slutty of the two Anarchy sisters! In addition to her more tighter sexual prowess, she is shown to have more wit and smarts to her than Panty. These wits usually go more towards common sense and a sheer understanding of how Daten City works and the tasks needed to be completed to grant their access back to Heaven. However, there's a difference between understanding culture and coming off as completely naive. She sometimes gets in just as much trouble as Panty does, but merely by not seeing through tricks and traps. Her naive view is rare, but extends itself mostly in her views of herself. While her tongue can be as vile and spiteful as her sisters, she claims herself to be a lady and hold her class above Panty, antagonizing her constantly over it.
Let us not forget about Stocking's quick tongue and wit. She is childish and will call out catty remarks when the time calls for it -- which doesn't take much. The girl can be an absolute potty mouth, cursing and using slurs to insult her sister or anyone who pisses her off. Stocking takes things very far, as in continuously keeping a small war going on between them and uploading Panty's sex tape to the internet. Hath has no fury like one pissed off angel.
Stocking is quicker to move into action than her sister, yet not often. While she can be troublesome to motivate to collect Heaven Coins, she does take the mission more seriously. She is more level-headed and able to assess a situation better. But not totally better. She can be JUST as immature and stupid as Panty, but, not as often. Stocking actually does care to some extent about their duty of collecting Heaven Coins but she finds it tiresome if she's in a sour mood. To be blunt: she's motivated but not that damn motivated.
Her love of sweets has often gotten her into trouble. It's an obsession: much like Panty's obsession with sex. Even if Stocking has been shown to sleep with a few people (or make brief mention of it), her love will always be sweet foods. It becomes a sore spot and easy target. Panty often berates her about getting fat over them, which actually does happen at one point. Sweets, in a sense, is her weakness that has often been exploited against her.
Out of the two Anarchy sisters, Stocking is the less insufferable -- or so she claims. She is a hypocrite that often tries to pass herself off as a lady with class and feelings, yet she will be quick to come off as vicious, airheaded, and bitchy.
Despite being an angel, she does not display the same traits as a traditional angel does. She is not pure, she is not holy, she is not friendly/helpful, and she is not angelic in any sense. She is often just as immature as her sister but on a completely different level. She is sweet on the outside, pure bitch on the inside.
Abilites: Stocking has the ability to transform stockings into swords (this is shown as her own stockings, however, but implied that ANY stockings can transform). They are her primary source of weaponry and she has trained to become damn good at wielding them. The swords do not harm humans and instead effect the ghosts she is sent out to destroy.

That shifts and it becomes obvious it was the ends of long straight hair. Pulling back further, the video shows off the curvy body of an unknown female. Yes, breast shots even if only briefly. A young face is shown looking displeased at the camera. ]
Is this recording? Okay, it has to be. The red light is flashing more than Panty at a party...
[ A small pause and she takes a deep breath, regaining her composure and showing a calming nature. The tiniest of smiles shows over her lips before her voice hits the airwaves: ]
So, which one of you dim-witted little shits are going to tell me what's going on? This isn't Daten City and these sweets --
[ Oh, look, she has a saucer with a small cup of chocolate pudding in it. ]

The rows of stocked goods at the supermarket was enough to make Stocking's eyes roll. There was enough organization in the place for her to navigate quickly, noting which lanes were for steroid junkies (the frozen meat section), anorexic whores (the diet section), and for the best people in the city (the desert aisle). Powdered cake mix lined the shelves, brightly colored cardboard boxes keeping the contents wrapped up like it was Christmas. She gripped onto the tops of the shopping cart, pushing it slowly as her eyes scanned the aisle.
"Strawberry... Vanilla... Chocolate..." Stocking would list off as she pushed her cart, which was brimming with other sweet items, down the aisle, "Velvet... Cream Cheese... Pumpkin Spice..."
Although her tongue lashed upon her lips in delight at the items she saw, she did not find what she was looking for.
"Where is the Jean-Paul Heaven mix? It's an exclusive offer..." Stocking gnashed her teeth silently, "It was appearing in Daten City this week! No. No no noooo. It has to be here! There's no way..."
But.

Her eyes burned with fire as she looked over the countless boxes. No. No. NO! It wasn't here!
With a sudden slam, her foot would kick almost a whole shelf of products off, causing it to rain cake mix in her scorn.
"Stupid fucking town! It's going to fucking pay for ruining this for me! Holly Heights, you're on my shit list."
Was all she grumbled to herself before ditching the cart of goods completely and storming out.
