Personality:

selfless; → "Scott, I'm trying to break up with you. How is that okay? I can't make you wait for me, I won't do that."
I won't say that everything Allison does is to help save and protect the people she loves, but nine times out of ten, that will be the case. Others almost always come before Allison in her mind - many times leading to her unhappiness in exchange for their safety and protection. She shatters her own heart once when she breaks up with Scott, because she feels guilty for dragging him down with her, while she couldn't be a proper girlfriend. She did that for him, and it hurt her badly, but it was the correct, mature decision to make.

emotional; →"I thought you were psychic. Bitch."
That said, Allison is also largely ruled by her emotions, and whatever she's feeling has a large impact on the decisions she makes. You can see her opinions flip-flop tons of times, specifically in the second season, after her mother dies. Before her death, she was all for saving Jackson and sparing Derek - after the death, she wouldn't give a second thought into killing and/or harming the both of them. Her mind can get hazy with her emotions, she can easily lose sight of what really is important. Gerard, Allison's grandfather, uses this against her in order to get the okay to kill Derek. So, if her grandfather who just barely knew her could manipulate her like that, it wouldn't be difficult for various other people to take advantage of her. Her adoration for people is a strength as well as a weakness. This, however, is becoming more and more resolved - Allison is haunted by the ghost of her mother, and Victoria trains her, remind her, to be clinical and unemotional when dealing with her werewolf problems. So, despite the loss of her late mother, Allison is still learning, now more so than any other time in her life.

sincere; → "I've made mistakes. Gerard is not my fault."
She's capable of owning up to her mistakes (which is like 1/4th of the second season), and she's willing to admit she's wrong, but one thing Allison will not do is take the blame for something that isn't her fault. This is a blurred line because, as mentioned before, everyone else comes before her in her mind, so she'd take the bullet for anyone of her friends or family. That said. If someone confronts her about something? She'll tell the truth, always and forever. For instance, Allison mentions some key information on a hunt to her father - who makes a plan that directly collides with the plan Scott set up. She gets yelled at, but even still, she takes responsibility. She tries to make it up, she chants "I'll do anything to make it right!" over and over again, because when she feels guilt, there's nothing that can stop her from correcting her wrongdoings.

passionate; → "Because I love you."
Whatever Allison feels, as long as she's positive about it, she'll let it be known. She puts her all into everything she does - Scott (nudge nudge wink wink), school, training - because she's passionate about them. She loves the things she loves, and she doesn't give up on people or things easily. Obviously, the example of this is her puppy love, Scott. There's no doubt of her emotions towards him, because she loves him with all her heart and then some more. She's in love with him. She'd do anything for him, but one thing is always definite: they will always end up back together. Either it's due to fate, or it's because Allison won't give up on who she loves.

inquisitive; → "What is it, Scott? What is it?"
It's not a lie that Allison lets her curiosity get the better of her. It's easy for her to bury her nose a little too deep in the sand, and get swept away by what's she's learning. You see it time and time again in the TV show: when her aunt tries to tell her about their family history and Allison digs around in all the hints she places, when Allison and her father choose not to get involved with hunting and she ends up wrapped in it anyway. Allison is the type of girl who can't withhold her curiosity for very long, she can't stay out of people's business, especially when it has to do with their safety. She's a big believer in if she knows something, she has to help - that knowledge is power, is responsibility. If she knows something, or feels something is off, she'll do anything in her power to take care of it and the people she loves.

fearless; → "I am not the one turning teenagers into killers."
Keeping in mind that the above quote is said to a murderous Alpha werewolf, who has a very big vendetta against Allison and her entire family, she has some pretty big balls for saying that out loud. She approaches highly dangerous situations with confidence and maturity, far beyond her seventeen years. Allison got completely enveloped in a world of supernatural beings that she never even knew about, and took it pretty well when her first actual exposure to the world was watching the werewolf Derek get tortured by her aunt. There's only a handful of times when Allison expresses true fear - the most obvious one being when Scott transforms before her very eyes. And that's to be expected - you learn your family is made up entirely of werewolf hunters and then find out your boyfriend is a werewolf? It would have been horrifying if she wasn't scared about that.

loyal; → "I'm on your side, Scott. I'm always on your side."
It's very hard for Allison to just like someone - all her friends are very important to her, and she very plainly loves them. For family, it's the same. Though, this can be quite the weak spot for her, as she's often put in the position of her friends vs. her family - who to trust, and why. Though she loves her friends, and though she would trust them all with her life, Allison is very self-aware of being a teenager, and thus doubts the capabilities of herself and her friends alike. You could also say it's a protection trait - she tells her father about the Kanima ( basically illustrates everything they'd been trying to keep from the werewolf hunters ) because she knows he can handle it without getting hurt - whereas with Scott, the "not getting hurt" part was a bit more shady.

independent; → "I can take care of myself."
Allison is no damsel in distress - not even close to it. As mentioned earlier, she's a pro archer, but she's also well-versed in using various other weapons - tazers, daggers, etc. As a regular woman, Allison is more than capable of defending herself. However. The things she deals with aren't human - she fights werewolves and crazy Alphas and Kanimas and there will probably be a lot more things in the future. She's just one ordinary human girl and more often then not, Scott has to come in and help her when she's in trouble. Which isn't an issue, of course, because Scott has a sort of obsession with making sure Allison is okay, and even if she tries to reassure him she'll be fine, Allison probably will get hurt if not for Scott. In more recent episodes, Allison has actually been doing what everyone talks about - she works on her own accord, and actually manages to get stuff done. And this is in comparison to a group of at least three werewolves - Allison kind of one ups them by working on her own. Impressive. She has been managing quite well on her own - and even comes to Scott's rescue once or twice.

responsible; → "I have to tell my father. He's going to kill someone."
Allison knows when she needs help, even if she's insistent on being an independent woman who can take care of herself. If the well beings of other people gets involved, she'll swallow her pride and ask for assistance from who's ever willing to offer it. When dealing with the issue of Jackson as the Kanima, Allison is more than willing to tell her father about it, even if it meant that she and Scott would be separated forever. She put the safety of everyone ahead of herself, which really speaks volumes of Allison's true character.

Abilities: Other than the archery and gym... stuff mentioned before, as well as her training in fighting against supernatural beings, nothing! She's tough but not too tough - as in she could easily match a human with training in skill, but be overpowered by a supernatural creature in strength.
Other: n/a!
