Was this reality or a save point? Because if that altar didn't open up a menu and let Yozora save her progress before she continued exploring this new game she had gotten herself in, she is going to throw a fit bigger than Sena's boobs. These were her own thoughts, verbatim. Nonetheless, the aura surrounding the rock compelled her to come closer no matter how much skepticism she viewed it with. It can be any of the three things: one, a place that, when touched, will wake her up and transport her back to the club room; two, a checkpoint that completely refills her health and mana points before she faces the first boss; three, a trap. As soon as she steps in the circle surrounding the altar, she gets her answer.
It's a goddamn trap.
Too awed by the water encasing her in a dome, Yozora lost her chance to escape, but this didn't dawn on her until after she tried tackling the barrier. The result of that experiment should be clear from the way she rubbed her shoulder.
"Damn water..."
That wasn't the only thing she swore at during this certain predicament. The next thing she knew, she saw herself naked in front of a mirror and her butt was aching and glowing. This never happened in any of her books. In fact, it never crossed her mind that a sentence about her naked butt glowing in the middle of nowhere would be written and published at all. But there it was in all its glory. Of course, she did notice the sign of Scorpio was being seared onto her skin, but who has the time to point that out when their butt is glowing, right?
As anyone would expect from a girl of a few words, after the entire needlessly fancy and humiliating spectacle, Yozora only had one thing to say.
"Why?!"
