Is there a regular gamewide HMD in this game? If not, would it be too much trouble to ask if one would be posted?

Unscreened because anonymous, but there used to be one, which you can find in the meme comm. On the rare occasion is was used, it was for things more akin to the love meme, so it was phased out recently.

However, a vast majority of players have HMDs that you can use and if not, reporting problems to the mod account will result in them being forwarded to the person. So tl;dr it wasn't useful and there's other ways to give crit outside the meme.
