History:
† Discipline was different for Hibana than any normal parent to a child. She didn't experience spankings, took their belongings away, sent to bed without supper, or anything sort of punishment that parents do today. Because you see, those methods weren't effective enough...Well, to her mother's eyes - they weren't. To make sure her daughter became the proper lady, she had to take drastic measures - by torture. The simple things as: wetting the bed at night, for not eating her vegetables, and for not getting a high mark on her tests. These things led to her the most unimaginable punishments such as: removing any of the "bad meat" with spikes piercing through her daughter's skin.
Now to anyone else, they may say that this kind of act was abnormal, disgusting, and horrific. That may be so however, the intention behind these penalties did its job. Hibana learned from her mistakes with an addition becoming an expert in torturing techniques. Soon, her mother died. What caused her mother to dangle from the ceiling with a rope tied around her neck is to anyone's guess. Not even Hibana knew what driven her mother to do such a thing. However, she continued to visit her mother's body, whenever she'd done wrong. And even after death, Hibana could still hear mother's voice - teaching her and reminding her to be a proper adult or there will be consequences.
Walking across the playground on her way to class, a boy pranced around the little girls and one by one he flipped up their skirts. He did this to Hibana and it disgusted her. This behavior was inappropriate if not down right humiliated to her. He needed to be disciplined for his wrong doing. And soon after, she snatched the boy and teared his limbs by only using a plastic shovel and buried him in a flowerbed near by the school building. She was brought into questioning by authorities and simply stating to them,"Because he did something bad, right?" The police were in shocked. She was on the news, the newspapers, and given then nickname "Punishment". She was put in prison, Deadman Wonderland, Japan's massive theme-park-like prison.
Deadman Wonderland was far from a normal facility. There were brutal death matches, known as Carnival Corpse, where tourists paid the prison's "Deadmen"(whom are people that are capable of controlling their blood as a weapon) to compete with another for attractions. And for those who are defeated and survived, would have to participate in the "Punishment Game" which dealt with surgically removing parts of their body(also by using a slot-machine to determine which part of their body will be removed).
Even in this new environment, Hibana continued with her studies and kept her mother's promise to be a proper lady. And it wasn't long until she was selected by Tsunenaga Tamaki, an Assistant Warden of Deadman Wonderland, to join his enforcement group against the Deadmen called the "Undertakers". Because Hibana was an expert in torment, she easily passed and immediately gain the title "Third Squad Leader" alongside the head leader, Genkaku, a Super Monk. The weapon that was chosen for her was a massive, sectioned sword by will leave the Deadmen disabled of their Branches of Sin by the touch.
As time passed by in Deadman Wonderland, another group secretly was from known as "Scar Chain", an organization of Deadmen that opposed the prison and planned to leak the truth to the outside world. They were led by Deadman Owl (Kengamine Nagi) with second-in-command Koshio Karako - also Deadmen users. Unfortunately, for Scar Chain, they had a traitor by the name of Rokuro, whom worked secretly with the Undertakers to give them a chance to cease their escape. Hibana's task was to stop Nagi Kengamine and she almost succeeded. However, she lost control of her focus when he merely stated that she was not a lady, only a twisted girl with a rotten heart. And it was then after this battle, Hibana didn't appear until much later.
At the end of the combat between the Scar Chain and the Undertakers with the death of the leader Genkaku, Hibana managed to escape alive with a burnt injury on her shoulder. She ran into Toto Sakigami(nickname "Mockingbird"), a mysterious boy that looked similar to Shiro, whom watched everything from afar. Hibana sprung into action as she questioned who he was. However, instead of answering her, she was killed by him very violently and quickly. Which concluded the story of "Punishment" Hibana.
Appearance:
† A cute little seven year old girl with blond hair that's tied up in a pony tail(pointing upward) with a big red bow that contains little beads. She has big baby blue eyes with rosy cheeks and often wears a pink dress(which decorated with a red string fabric around the assemble). To match her outfit, she wears pink arm warmers and pink boots with a belt at the tip to fasten.
† Hibana is well-spoken, usually polite(possibly more than one would - especially for her age), and has a severe obsession of becoming a proper lady(and often speaks in third person). In fact, in conversations, she often speaks how a proper lady she is and likes to remind others to call her as such, or she'll grow upset otherwise. She can grow to be very curious about things as any child would, but more so due to being contained inside the prison. Hibana knows very little about the outside world other than what her mother taught her and her training of an Undertaker, therefore, she'll be known to ask questions.
She takes school very seriously and is often seen studying or whatever homework she's been assigned to from her teachers. Despite being the villain that she is, Hibana does very well in her classes and tells how she always makes a high mark on her tests, quizzes, and her worksheets. If she's not studying for school, she looks into both ancient and modern techniques of torture like her (dead) mother would want her to, to carry on her teachings and to keep alive.
Despite that she claims herself to be a lady, Hibana still very much acts like a child and throws tantrums when she doesn't get her way. She is also known to be a perfectionist and feels more at ease if she has a strict schedule and accomplishes everything that she must do on that day, if not completed, it causes her a lot of distress. While being a perfectionist, it can also mean she likes to keep her things and her room tidy, clean, and in line. If she spots something amiss (whether that something is belongs to her or no), to calm herself - she will clean and/or set it properly to her standards. There is no knowledge to whether or not if she can bake, wash clothing, or any other household duties - however as a proper lady, she is willing to learn how to take care whatever womanly responsibilities there are and will teach others to do the same.
Abilites:
† All Undertakes are possessed with a weapon and/or armor that allows them to nullify any Deadman's ability back to normal blood. In Hibana's case, she wields a gigantic sword(makes you wonder how she can carry such a thing) that she keeps inside her puppy-shaped backpack that she often carries around. And as any weapon of an Undertaker, it can purge the Branch of Sin to where it's unusable simply by the touch of it.
In Hibana's logic, she thinks she would be using her abilities for good due to believing that punishing the ones that had been inappropriate. And in usual cases, it would be so. However, Hibana's punishments are dealt with severe torture (as in ripping off body parts) therefore; her abilities will be used for bad and not good. Nevertheless, neutralizing the Branch of Sin only works on "Deadmen", who uses their blood as a weapon.

† While Hibana is a villain, I do understand that I will not make any rash decisions of killing of any other characters in the game without any communication with the mod team and whomever is involved. I will contact the mod team before deciding a plot concerning gruesome violence of this nature. Her first thought when her eyes peered up to the sky and then averted them back down to the block of houses was if she arrived at Heaven. Last thing she remembered was a boy with red eyes and a wicked grin, then nothing much else after. There was no mistaking that she had died, then. How else could she have been in the facility and then suddenly in a place so peaceful and holy? And if she were to die, Hibana knew she would be brought to Heaven because after all, she was a proper lady and she had done everything a lady should. Her mother sent her on the path of goodness which guaranteed the gates of Heaven to open for her. So despite everything, Hibana never feared death because no matter what, she proved while she was alive she was a good girl. And good girls will be rewarded for their behaviors in the end. This place definitely showed that fact.
She didn't notice the key in her hand right away. Her eyes and mind were far too preoccupied with how beautiful and symmetrical the houses were. So colorful and bright, it took her a bit to adjust her sight due to being in the dull dark for so long. The pink, yellow, orange, and the like she only saw in her box of crayons she used - but never seen it over houses, flowers, and mailboxes. Yet still, she found all of them quite pleasing to the eye; definitely approved of by her standards. Hibana glanced down curiously at her key while reading the number that's on it. Perhaps the key would send her to her own personal Heaven; her own little house of paradise. Maybe the houses represented such. Inside, there would be a whole different world for that said person to live on. A world that was made just for them and to live peacefully without any confrontation.
Hibana finally stood on her feet and patted the dirt off her dress. She began to straighten herself, to make sure her attire was set nice and perfect before taking a step down the street. There was no doubt she would be meeting God before finding her home. In fact, she expected him to appear any second to show her which direction her new home would be. And if he was going to appear, she must look presentable for him and be well-mannered. But she only stood for a few seconds before peeking to the house on the left of her to see what number it was; to give her a small idea which path to take. Perhaps God will meet her later once she was closer to her paradise and maybe give her some instructions before settling in. So with that, Hibana skipped down the sidewalk and hummed softly to herself. Surely, her mother would be waiting for her, too. And she could tell her all of the ladylike things she had done back while she was alive. Most definitely, she will be praised for it.
