There is a list of staff on the locations page, and as to what they are teaching, in what school, and for what grade(s). There is no concrete list of subjects to be filled because if someone wanted to teach obscure classes they could, ie someone could teach Advanced Pastry Making IV if they wanted to and multiple people can teach the same or similar professions if they wanted to.
