Tanabata, July 7

So there's a noticeable Japanese population at HH. Tanabata is a Japanese festival held on the 7th of July celebrating the two literally star-crossed lovers getting the chance to meet once every year. There's a tradition that has people write wishes on slips of paper and hang them up on bamboo leaves. During the night or the next day, the bamboo trees are either burned or set afloat down a river. -The weaver and the cow herder live on the opposite sides of the Milkyway.
-One day they meet and fall in ~love~.
-Except the weaver's father notices that the two are neglecting their duties for their love and so separates the two.
-Thankfully, their love is strong enough so that they can wait...
-...where once every year they are allowed to reunite! It helps that they're immortal, so the wait isn't that bad for them.

Maybe this happening in HH would could be more of a optional community gathering and bonfire. The bamboo tree could be in the middle of the town square for everyone, and maybe some of the wishes will be answered if the Landlord wants. Besides the "I wanna go home boo hoo", I mean.
